Design & Construction
Multi-Tiered Configuration: The upper section features an array of small drawers designed for neatly organizing fine merchandise and notions. Decorative arched alcoves and turned wood spindle details enhance its visual appeal while reflecting the craftsmanship of the period.
Impressive Scale: Measuring 92.25 inches high by 131.25 inches wide, this monumental cabinet was intended to serve as a commanding focal point within a traditional general store, haberdashery, or tailor's shop.
Modular Functionality: Constructed in two sections, the upper cabinet separates completely from the base for easier transport and installation. The lower section offers deep open compartments and generous pigeonholes, ideal for storing large fabric bolts, folded textiles, and other oversized inventory.
